The anticipation for this new yarn was only surpassed by the excitement of actually seeing it for the first time. Wow, it looks like rope (RIATA being Spanish for rope/lariat) but feels absolutely soft and cuddly! Three plies: one of fine wool, one of kid mohair, and one of a 50% blend of fine wool and silk. All the same components of our previous yarns but in a different format. We are proud to add RIATA to our growing family of notable yarns.
